RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Investigate and process applications for assistance according to the Social Services Act (SoL).
  • Make needs assessments and make decisions on various interventions.
  • Have contact with care recipients, relatives, and providers.
  • Document and follow up decisions in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other actors to create the best possible support.

You work independently but also in close collaboration with other colleagues and other professionals. You collaborate with other functions within social services, other authorities, and inpatient care.

As a person, you are structured with the ability to flexibly adapt to new conditions, as well as prioritize based on what happens during the day.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

  • Are a trained social worker
  • Have an interest in public authority and a professional approach.
  • Experience in case management is an advantage.

The work involves business trips, and a driver's license is required.
